Return refund cancellation policy
- CANCELLATION AND SERVICE TERMINATION
We strive to provide the best possible experience and products for each age group. However, you can cancel your automatic membership plan renewal through the Account page on the website. You must update your account on the Site at least (7) Seven business days prior to your next shipment and return the rented toys within that time.
You must return all the contents of the toy boxes on the agreed-upon date, otherwise, you will be charged the current retail price for the products in the box, including any toys not returned. These fees are non-refundable, even if the toys are returned at a later date. When cancelling your membership plan, you will not receive any refund for fees already received by us, including prepaid fees for the membership plan, or membership fees.
Your membership will continue automatically until cancelled from your end. Additionally, if you initially paid for your membership plan on a three-month basis, your membership plan will automatically renew on a pay-as-you-go basis unless you cancel in a timely manner.
If you do not cancel your membership plan at least (7) Seven business days prior to your next shipment date, your membership plan will automatically renew for the next applicable period.
You can cancel your membership plan at any time by updating your Account and following these steps: Log in to your “Customer Account,” then click “Cancel Membership Plan;” or by contacting us at enlighten@khilonaykapitara.com with a request to cancel your membership plan.
You will continue to be automatically renewed at the same effective rate, prorated upon shipment of the toy box, and subject to an annual price increase. We may terminate your membership plan, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms of use or our policies, is detrimental to our business interests, or for an inactive account.
